Bedankt Johannes. Ik heb geprobeerd met Microsoft Explorer en Microsoft Edge. Lukt beide niet. Zal straks eens proberen met Google Chrome. Dit formulier heb ik wel gevonden via een andere link hier ergens vermeld op het forum.
